I haven’t been hiking in a while, so the 6 mile gem was just the place the break my boots in. My doggo & I had a blast. Two tips - respect other hikers but most of all, respect the land & who it belongs to. Open your heart & soul to it, and you will not regret it

The loop trail has some awesome views. When we hiked it, it was snowy on the north side of the loop. Well worth the uphill walk.

Really nice hike though a bit of work going up the right side. We left at about 10 am on a Monday and the parking lot was about half full. The trail was not too crowded—we passed about five groups over the distance. Nice view from the top. The right side is pretty open so make sure you are good with sunscreen and water

What a great hike! About 3 hours to complete the Devisadero circle. Another trail starts at the top of Devisadero, be sure to have enough time to discover that as well.

What is the difficulty of this trail.? We need an easy to moderate trail.

Moderate. We did it with some snow. The elevation gain is what makes it moderate.
