Make sure when you order heavy items with Ferguson the carrier that they use will not deliver on your driveway just to the curb to your house only. If you live on acres it will be in the street. I am so disappointed with your delivery never will I ever order anything big or heavy from you because of RL Delivery. The delivery is very rude which makes my experience with Ferguson dissatisfied

Please update your Saturday hours. I drove in from out of town because the hours said that you were open on Saturdays only to find out that the store is closed!

They didn't say a word to me when I walked in. But said "bye" when I was leaving out. On My previous visit the lady was very short with me, like she was in a rush to something else. Never go back again.
