It would be a negative if I could. Staff were not knowledgeable able other ways items could be shipped. Rather then letting me explain how another UPS location informed me how it could be shipped. Management (I guess) appeared to be combative and dismissive. And asked to help the next customer. Really RUDE!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL BE USING A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Gervais St. You rock!!! THANKS

Not at this store, but I believe the hardscrabble road store does
It's in the public's shopping center, near edo habatci and state farm.
If it was shipped via UPS, simply go to ups.com and type in the tracking #.
