Dr. Hooks has been our doctor for more than 8 years. He's always been very straight forward, patiently answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. We usually are seen right at our appointment time, but have never waited more than 20 minutes. The facility is always clean. The staff has always been courteous and professional.

Absolutely the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The first time I met with Dr. Hooks, he seemed pleasant enough and I had no issues with the service. However, on my third trip to Dr. Hooks to request help with VA paperwork, I was met with a disgusted look and told "Wow, that would be a lot of work." After agreeing to help me with about 25% of what I was asking, he sent me to get my knees X-rayed. I had to relocate to a different state for work a month or so later, but attempted numerous times to get a hold of the office for my VA paperwork, military medical records (that contained my personal information, SSN, etc), and results of the X-rays. After leaving countless messages, I was told my the office manager that they couldn't locate any of my paperwork. They legitimately lost all of my military medical paperwork, as well as the VA forms that Dr. Hooks agreed to fill out for me. The office manager also didn't seem to care that my SSN and other PII was on the paperwork the lost. I have recently been attempting to contact the office again to ensure they comply with the VA's formal request for my private records from Dr. Hooks. The 30 day window the VA gave them is closing, and they have yet to send my records to them. They also won't return my calls. Perhaps they lost the records of my precious appointments with Dr. Hooks as well. The only positive thing I have to say about this practice is that the nurses I dealt with were amazing. Extremely kind and courteous. Avoid this practice at all cost unless your desire is to be seen by a lazy doctor and deal with incompetent and rude office staff.

No problem with the doctors here. Its the front desk. Tried to check out, wouldnt accept my co-pay due to a balance that I accumulated TWO DAYS AGO. Plus was publicly embarrassed due to her reminding me about "other payments I may have forgotten" infront of the entire lobby. Im reminded of this "other payment" everytime I go. Mind your business!

I have always had a good experience with Dr. Peterson, even referred several people to her, so my complaint is really not about her. I called after having a serious fall at work. I went to the ER at my job but was instructed to contact my PC Provider. I called to get an appointment and was told their first available appt. was March 1. Really?? That made me very upset and angry...March 1????
