Went in for advice on tire sealants and Tom helped me explaining pros and cons of different brands. I had to go back for a tip on installing the sealant and Tom and another gent went above and beyond in walking me through the process. Great experience on my first visit and very impressed with the scope of inventory.

I have been using Oro Valley Bikes since they opened. I have bought 5 bikes and have another on order. I use the store on Swan and Sunrise. The crew is the best. I don’t order anything online line. If it’s something I need they don’t have they will find it. I like to buy local and they make sure it is correct and fits my needs.

Been going to this place for about 2 years now. Never had a single problem with them. The staff is honest, lively, and knowledgeable. Very fair prices. A lot of other shops charge close to double for the same services. I recently moved to Phoenix to attend school and was so disappointed with the shops up there, I drove all the way back to Tucson just to have my bike fixed right. Don’t trust anyone else with my bike. 11/10
