I dropped off my bike for its complimentary tune-up. Every new bike you buy here comes with a complimentary tune-up once you have ridden it for a while. They are always very courteous and they know their stuff. I have recommended them to all my family and they all have bikes from roadrunners. I highly recommend these guys if you have any questions or if you just want to drop by and check out the bikes.

Place is amazing and so friendly and helpful for tourists. Very informative on where we were. Provided us a map, adjusted our seats. Explained the gears of the bike. So happy we found this place.

Went in for a tune-up on my old Nishiki mountain bike, it's running great. They suggested a new rear rim in the near future as it is slightly damaged from rough use, but is still rideable. Hopefully I'll be in again next month to replace it. Thanks gents. 👍

Staff was super friendly and awesome, even with my Hail Mary of a situation passing through Tucson. I appreciated the friendly service, diagnostic of what was wrong with my bike (uf, bottom bracket), and suggestions for other shops who might have the actual part in stock. While I was doubtful I could get same day service because well, bike shops are so in demand now, THANK YOU! Your suggestion to go to Copper Spokes was spot on. They not only had my bottom bracket in stock, but the mechanic swapped it out in 2 minutes flat.

Am not 100% sure but if you give them a call they should be able to answer that over the phone.
I don't know if they do but I might!
Not likely, but you could give them a call first. I didnt see any used bikes there, and for something in that price range would be easier to find at a sports goods / or big chain store
No. I would try Ajo bicycles
I do not work there. You would have to call them.
Not sure but if it is needed for a bike they can probably do something
Call the store or go to website for these details
