It’s been a very involved process, but I just had an incredible ride on my Radrunner Ebike tonight thanks to Tobias with Campfire cycles. My bike arrived over the weekend, and Tobias made it a priority to get my new bike built quickly enough to get it to me for the Tuesday night ride. I think I may have rushed him a bit, and a quick test ride resulted in a blowout. These things happen, not a big deal, ordered two inner tubes on Amazon and Tobias installed one quickly tonight and will provide another when it comes in stock. Rode for a long time with confidence. Fast build, friendly staff, great overall experience. Stayed late and prioritized me after my blowout. Waited for accessories to come in before starting my build per my request. Will definitely be back.

I've purchased several things from Campfire Cycling and had them shipped. Yes it would be way easier to buy locally but when I can't find it, they seem to be the place that has stock. I've never had an issue and my package has always arrived in good shape and either on time or ahead of schedule. Their communication is great. They send confirmations and updates and make the entire transaction seamless. I hope to someday stop buy their awesome shop. If they have it and you need it, I highly recommend them.

Holy moly, this is my new favorite place in Tucson. I've been to quite a few bike shops around town doing research for my first bike, and this is hands down the most comfortable shop here. I finally found a bike online and when it arrived, I immediately took it to Campfire Cycling to have it built. Mike was very easy to talk to on the phone and Toby is an amazing mechanic! Toby built it super fast and was a great resource for researching new rims for a tubeless setup. Prices are crazy affordable and service is fast and friendly. I will be frequenting this shop for all of my biking, gravelling, bikepacking needs! The shop was also highly recommended by many of my coworkers, and I understand why :)

Campfire Cycle is like the hidden gem of the online bikepacking scene. While they might not have the most expansive catalog, it IS a well thought out offering of high quality and competitively priced gear...along with their top notch customer service! I will definitely be revisiting the website often to dial in my rig...

We require masks.

Do you rent bikes for two weeks or know of a place that does?

We don't currently offer rentals. Check out tucsonbikerentals.org. For that length of rental and if you don't mind dealing with the hassle, it will cost much less to buy something used on Craigslist or Facebook and then selling when done.

Hey guys, question does someone make a thru hub rear axle that my Bob trailer will hook up to? Thanks so much.
