I love my Trek bikes... I love my new electric bike that allows me to save gas and get this old body uphill to work and especially back when I am exhausted from teaching all day, and a bit of exercise. During rush hour, it takes me about the same time as those cars, except I am able to get off those roads and onto quiet bike lanes for half of the ride. Add to that, they check my bike over once a year to make sure all is well. I probably should not say all of this; it might overcrowd the bike paths.

Fantastic service by Ben and Gene at Trek Tucson. Brought 2 bikes in for a tune up and they are better than new. Highly recommend.

I found Trek to be very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommended them for your bike needs, do to COVID-19 it took awhile to get my bike, but it was worth the wait.

We enjoyed our representative. He did not try to pressure and allowed us to try out the bikes we were interested in. He was knowledgeable and it was nice he not only supported Trek, he also rode a Trek. It also helped that we love our current Trek bikes which we have had for about 1- years. Getting up there in years, and the price of gas, had us looking at an electric bike for me for Christmas... also tempted my husband. Is Trek bikes a bit pricy? Probably, but I trust their bikes and have never had issues with their service.
