Wildly unhelpful and not friendly. I called on the phone and asked if they had a current inventory list (we all know it’s difficult to get a lot of product right now) they told me the only way to find out was to hop on my bike and visit in person…if I had a bike to hop on I wouldn’t have been trying to buy one from them.

Was doing some online shopping for a State 4130 All-Road and was surprised to find that Transit had the model and size (XS) in stock, built up and available for a test ride. It was late in the day and they even swapped out the stem for a slightly different fit for comfort. This is a VERY good bike shop in a town full of pretty good bike shops. Every day can be Bicycle Day.

Visited the shop for the first time since Jenna took over. What a fine experience. Went there to buy a specific tire that she had in stock (only shop in Tucson that has a selection) and ended up having a great conversation and made other purchases. This shop has that great vibe that is really missing here in Tucson's bike world. She runs this place like a pro and has a fine stock of spares and other goodies. Just a darn good bike shop!
