I had a very bad experience with the receptionist here. I didn’t get her name but she works around noon time. I ran about 10 minutes late to my appointment because there was a torrential downpour and I called in to let them know the situation. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and I was forced to cancel the appointment due to how offended I was with this customer service.

I do not know why this doctor who is highly rated would want a receptionist like the one she has now. I’ve been seeing this doctor for a long time and she’s amazing. The person who answers the phone SUCKS!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Alexandra Price. I am blown away by her staff's professionalism, courtesy, running on time, and the doctor's delightful bedside manner. She took extreme care and time listening to my concerns, swiftly designed me a regimen that was simple and affordable, and performed necessary procedures all while maintaining a cheerful affect. I then had the extreme privilege of having a facial with Bibiana, who is a true wizard and healer of the face. She made an acne facial virtually painless and I was so blown away by her skill that I'm returning in a mere four weeks! This office was sheer delight from start to finish. I'm so impressed.

Was told I had an appointment today at 4, drove from Pembroke Pines to Kendall (50 min) took 2 hours PTO, to be told at the office that my appointment was actually for tomorrow. The girl who told me I had an appointment today said she messed up, but saw my dr had an opening at 430 and was going to ask her if she could see me. I waited and was told she couldn’t . No one tried to help me, no apology, no nothing . Clearly I won’t be going back. Sucks cause the dr I see is actually good but not worth the lack of respect they had for my time.
