It is incredible that they summon 4 people at 3:30 pm and Dr. If you have to leave at 4:00, I arrive 12 min. Late because of the traffic that there was, I was calling to notify, nobody ever answers, I arrive and the dr. I was with a patient who was there before mu and another one was missing, and the girl at the reception tells me with a very bad attitude that she is going to see if dr. She can attend to me, she comes out and says she's not anymore because I'm late, but if she was with a patient, and I was waiting, how is that possible, a very bad reputation, my son has been a patient of hers for 2 years and now she comes out with this I can't believe it and it always does. Same thing, La Niña with the lousy reception.

Dr. Hernandez is an excellent clinician. She is knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate the time she takes to explain me all the details of the treatment. I am grateful that she calls me back when I have questions and she follows up to make sure the treatment she prescribed is appropriate and has no adverse effects. My whole family are Dr. Hernandez’s patients and we will continue to be for as long as she will have us. She treats us with both respect and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Hernandez!
