Friendly and professional! Had a bike accident a year back, went there for fixing/checkup for my bike post accident, charged me 15 bucks for aligning my stem, connecting my front brakes, and making sure my front tire was centered properly. Overall good service.

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The bike mechanic Richard is really good, understanding and genuinely motivated to correctly analyze complex issues with advanced shocks, brakes, gears and so on… and then fix it all up. Just a fine bike shop!

I drove there from Fountain Hills because they had the Trek EX 8 that I was interested in. I spoke to Paul and also dealt with him when I went in. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and zero sales pressure. He even pulled out another similar bike for me to ride for comparison. Got to ride around as long as I wanted to get a good feel for the bikes. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in upgrading.

Finally decided to buy a bike, and as luck would have it they had one just come in that was both my size and on my list of bikes I was deciding on (XL 2021 Specialized Rockhopper Elite). Staff was friendly and helpful great experience and great atmosphere. I forgot some of the accessories I needed and will be headed back as soon as possible!
