I just finished visiting Pedego Tucson. What fun! I was able to test ride 4 bikes. James spent a lot of time and god given patience with me. Of course they wanted a sale, but they were more concerned with making it a fit for me and my needs. I will be coming back next week with my husband to rent the bike of my choice for a few hours before making a final decision. It was a very nice experience.

I purchased my Pedego Element E-Bike last year! I love it so much! It's awesome to ride on and off road. I love taking it down dirt trails, up huge birms, and into the air. The service from the Pedego store is literally the best! Jesus went above and beyond to help me and I highly recommend this business. I'm definitely a lifetime customer and you will be too!

I went to 6 bike shops in one day. Being weary of the prices, my last stop was Pedego. James helped me out. I told him all of my concerns and he let me try a bike that was used as a rental since October. It rode beautifully and the price was affordable. The bike is called an interceptor. This is a well-made easy to use e-bike especially for shorter women. I felt safer on this bike than I have with any other. James is very knowledgeable and patient. Please check out Pedego, even if weary about price. I'm fairly certain James can find something for you that you will be able to afford and love.

Customer service? These guys wrote the book. I just pedaled out with my New E Bike a beauty too. A black Interceptor Street Cruiser with blinged out Fenders (i chose the leopard print as it goes so well with my tan tires) and chrystal Valve caps. I love this bike and these guys all three of them James, Jesus and Alejandra are the best. fully explaining everything, ensuring fit is right all and more. I recommend this bike and more over this shop for any Ebiking adventures - be it rental or purchase they have your back!
