They fixed the bike I bought from a competitor with a fancier name and returned it to me in better shape than I bought it for a much lower price than I braced myself for. My son purchased a bike here early this year-in the fall I came to visit him and ride my bike for the week. His bike had a cable derailleur issue. We brought the bike in and they replaced the cable adjusted the derailleur in an hour! This was the week of the tour de Tucson Excellent service.
