Terrible service and management. They have six projects going on with heavy equipment that starts at 6AM every weekday. They told me not to park on the north side during repaving. I parked on the west and still was moved. Luckily they didn't fully tow my car and just moved it. I said that's fine I'll just go find it. The office lady had the nerve to say it'll cost $25 for moving your car. Haha yeah right! The front ladies are rude and should count their blessings they have a job...for now

I moved into this complex in April and am currently leasing a 1 bedroom apartment that was remodeled. Ever since move in there has been water coming from the vent in the bathroom ceiling. Every time it has happened I put in a work request and then every few weeks guess what? The ceiling starts leaking. I have been living here for around 5 months and they can't even fix a leak in an apartment. Do you know how worried I get about mold? Not to mention how humid it is in my apartment. I have no choice but to ask to move apartments because there is no way this one is in livable condition.

I've been living here since Sept 1 and I really like it. The kitchen in mine is older and not so attractive, but the apartment is clean, the grounds are clean, the neighbors are quiet (and super nice). The management plus workers are really awesome and fix things fast. While the size is a challenge for me after moving from a house I'm getting used to it. We are located in a great spot. You can walk or use public transportation easily if you don't have a car. Plus, they have a very nice pool too.
