Terrible place to live they have no consideration or compassion for anything. They charge you for any little thing and the people working in the office are so rude. The manager Marcos won’t even say hi or look at you when you walk by. Terrible experience for our very first apartment. Very disappointed. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This Place has its Ups and downs, and that is why I am trying to be as fair as possible. They do a great job at keeping the outdoors looking great; Moving rocks, Mowing the grass, trimming bushes, and even painting the buildings and paving the roads to keep it intact. There was also an incident where a car didn't see the road and drove through the metal fence at the front of the complex and drove through, smashing into the stairs. It took around 2 weeks for them to fully clear it up, which is actually faster than you expect. The Staff is Very friendly and I have never had an issue with them. There are a few errors, For example: They Usually don't tend to clean leaves and rocks out of the pools that quickly, and the chairs that they provide tend to fly into the pool… But other than that, it's an amazing outdoor area. As for the inside, they do provide a decent selection of apartments being closer to the laundromats, office (which has a gym), the 2 pools, and places with lots of grass for your kids to hang out. Some apartments have washers and dryers in them, they tend to have built-in carpeting on most of the rooms, and they are pet friendly to almost any house-pet. However, there are quite the downsides. The Appliances (mainly the stove) tend to not work properly, but still work just fine. The walls though are pretty thin, and if you bang on one of the walls to another apartment, they will definitely hear it. The AC will leak about once or twice a year, and it does take them a while to fix it. Other than that, Plumbing system is okay, water will stay hot, and overall, you won't have too many issues. As for staff and maintenance, they are well liked by most people and I like the people who work here a lot. However the maintenance is still not the best and they do take a while when you put in a problem. But other than that, I don't really seem to have a problem with them. As Someone who has been living here for 7 years, this place is great and Not so great, and although it's the cheapest in the area, you do get what you pay for. Story short, The benefits: Great place to spend time outside, Right next to hendricks (elementary school), and Great location. Disadvantages: Not the best maintenance, equipment, and Construction. I recommend having a tour of the complex before deciding to move here. Other than that, Pretty Decent.

Building 13 is infested with mice. I called for a exterminator through their main service website, and they laid two traps. I had to go to the store myself to buy traps and I caught 7 in just 3 days. The Plumbing in the apartments all have weird smells coming up through the sink, and bathroom drains. the carpets aren't even installed properly and have portions where it lifts up and you get stabbed by the nails. When You walk on the carpet you walk over weird lumps as well? the stove grates are all at an angle, and you'll find roaches running around your hapartment. Definitely not worth the price.
