My husband and I moved here in August 2021. Our first apartment ever. From day one. We only had one issue with the AC and it was fixed that day with an offer for a portable AC. The staff has been exceptional here. And for our first place ever it couldn't have gone any better. We are only leaving to be closer to work. Otherwise we wanted to stay. Our neighbors mind their own business. No one is loud. Environment tends to be quiet and peaceful even when living right next to the pool. Our dog loved the dog park. Large plot for him to run his heart out at any time of the day. Even the back roads aren't busy to take him on longer walks. Definitely definitely recommend this complex. The old reviews are from previous staff people long before we moved in. And as of currently we have had a wonderful experience here. Huge thank you to Torri in the front office for taking care of our 60 day notice and being so quick and knowledgeable with all our questions. The staff also gave us serveral heads up leading to the 60 day notice, which is great when hoping the staff has your best interest in mind! -Angel & Nytasha

My experience was good until I needed to transfer my lease to someone. The manager told me he would deny my friend's application because I post "sublease" on craglist. I have to say English is a second language, the sublease I understand was to transfer my lease to someone and the one should be approved by office to live in my apartment, and that's JUST WHAT I DID. I would not let anyone live my apt without the office's permit. When I and my friend we showed up in the office, she bought $50 money order and filled the application form. The manager told me he will deny any application for a roommate add just because the post. Also, I have asked at least 4 times in at least 7 days about the lease transfer process, and mentioned my flight ticket date, expressed my urgent. until the day we show up in the office, the manager told me I have to apply for a roommate release form first, that needs up to 72 hours process. but I don't have enough time to process the two application. What should I say. At the end, I have to pay about 3.5 monthly rent for break my lease. My maintence order hasn't closed for 21 days, what should I say. Think about my case. I give one star, because the apt was good before, with Adam, Rogric, and Angela. But now......the rent was $670, but now......
