Just recently found out I was pregnant, lived here since the beginning of the year our breaker box doesn’t work it sparks and shuts off half of the apartments power told management about it they “fixed” it a couple days ago and now it’s doing the same thing. They didn’t want to fix the AC unit it was 95 degrees in our apartment for months until they “had time” to fix it. There’s roaches that popped up were from Colorado didn’t bring them with us. Have an old man that walked into our apartment but tired to break into it before caught him in the act. The management is rude says he doesn’t like his job fixing this place, then why work here. Our water shuts off every other week don’t know if it’s only our apartment or the whole building, so many things wrong it’s unfit for families. Please don’t choose these “they have too much on their plate” to begin with. Not to mention they have “new appliances” the only thing new was the fridge, bathroom and one bedroom was undone has cracks everywhere no baseboards, the dishwasher was full of old water from previous renters so we can’t use it at all. They refuse to fix it cause they’re busy fixing 5 other apartments.

I’ve lived here for years and it’s just getting worse while they raise your rent each year more than 150$ and don’t even do anything to upgrade your apartment. Literally have appliances from 1990 and the carpet isn’t even new. The pool has been closed all summer so if you’re looking for a place that has amenities that you can actually use this is not it. I’ve had mold on my wall from the rain and called multiple times now they are so short staffed the office is NEVER opened on the weekend and they are always closing early last minute. There are plenty of places you can move other than here where I’m sure you’d be more happy and get your moneys worth. They area is not safe and there is nothing the office says they can do about it.

I lived here for 2 years, and I have never been happier to get out of a place. Not only is this area unsafe, but the management here does absolutely nothing to help its residents. My appliances and even utilities started failing after a while, and when someone tampered with my car in the parking lot they didn't care. On top of all of that, they dared try to raise the rent while not even renovating or fixing anything in the apartment. They will be extremely nice to you as a ploy to get you to move in, but then once you are an actual resident treat you like garbage. Any property owned by Scotia (and they own a lot of properties) should be avoided at all costs, because if you move into one of them there will be waaaaay too many costs on your mental health and your wallet.

Lived at this place for 4 years. Roaches. Loud neighbors. Cops every night. Helicopters. Car was broken into twice. It's not a great part of town and that isn't the fault of the complex, but roaches are a huge problem and I can't believe they're charging over a grand for a tiny 500 sqft one bedroom apartment these days. Also maintenance never truly fixed anything, they just put a bandaid over stuff until it broke again. The light outside my apartment door, for example, was never truly fixed and I came home from work late at night in the dark often. My AC unit leaked and the wood was rotting and they stuck a few screws in the wall to keep it from collapsing rather than replace the rotting wood. Washers and dryers worked about half the time. Junkies and homeless people loitering in the parking lot and even on the steps to apartments. I've had to step over comatose people multiple times to walk up the steps into my apartment. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Maybe they've renovated the place some, but it's like painting over dirt.
