I have used other storage facilities in the past but what sets CubeStorage apart is the personal touch CubeStorage offers. I received a phone call within about a minute of reserving a storage space online. I was actually a bit surprised, but I quickly realized how important this was because he provided me with valuable information. I moved in on a Sunday and the on-site employee, Sue (yes, they have an on-site employee!) let me know this was her day off, but provided me with information on how to access her if I had any problems at all. She reiterated all of this in a text, again encouraging me to reach out to her on site on her day off, if I had any difficulties. This is a level of personal support that is lacking at larger storage facilities. This is so important and instills a sense of confidence in me. I also believe the prices are very competitive.

I had a complicated double move planned and was looking for storage space that could accommodate multiple households of furniture that were going to be moved over a 6 month period of time. Sue Chicoine is the Facilty Manager and I have not met many people who are more kind, helpful, and considerate as Sue was during our whole transition. She helped find the perfect unit for our needs, she was always available when we needed her help, and she made us feel very good about our whole experience. We would highly recommend Storage West on El Toro Rd. for your storage needs and we think you will also appreciate how great Sue is with all of her renters !!!! Thank you

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PROPERTY. This was the response I received after discovering that over $10K worth of rare collectibles, action figures (383 to be exact), and personal items were missing from my storage unit. There are NO cameras inside and NO sensors on the individual storage doors. They implied it was MY fault because I didn't check on my items more often. Didn't realize it was my responsibility to stand guard--what was I paying THEM for? There are more secure and responsible storage facilities out there. Stay far, far away from this place if you value your possessions.
