Terrible TERRIBLE! Rarely are you able to speak to someone at the front office. Nice to know that they have the time to slap paint and cheap carpet but not care for their residents. One common denominator with all our complaints have to do with management. Heat is on wayyy to long, especially because this building is cement it traps the heat inside. Incredibly loud, but it's in Downtown so no surprise. Washing machines NEVER work. Hot water is non existent. Outdated appliances, mold is prevalent, human and dog feces surround the building. Personally I'd look elsewhere.

Thank goodness I did not end up moving here. I was interested in getting a studio here back in January. Submitted my application online and after a week I had not heard back. I called and left a few messages about getting my money back but NOTHING. After about 12 days, I got ahold of a lady named Sheila. I was told that I should receive an email soon and a call back the following day. No call the next day, So I called and no answer. After a few more attempts, I finally got ahold of someone by a different name. I believe it was Linda, but could be wrong. Anywho, both stated they were the property managers and Linda told me she did not have anything regarding an application or notes about my situation. Frustrated, I wanted my application fee back. Never got it, and Still is next to impossible to speak to anyone here. Ironically, An Acquaintance lives here from high school. When I told her about my situation, she said I was lucky. She had mentioned that the main lady is hardly here and the one that fills in for her is rude and is never available. Thank goodness for a bad first impression. Be careful and personally I would look elsewhere.

I have lived here for 3 years and sadly I have to leave it. The manger is very friendly and helpful when it come to any questions or concerns you have. Location is amazing near coffee Luce and everything is accessible. Pet friendly, fast maintenance, and safe place

I lived here for two or maybe three years and it was hands down the best renting experience of my life. I would never have moved if I hadn't bought a house! Brenda is fabulous and takes care of any concerns immediately (& actually cares!) Maintenance is done quickly and CORRECTLY. Each floor has their own laundry room rather than having one of those horrible big ones that the whole complex shares. I highly recommend it!
