The staff are very nice and helpful but their follow through is atrocious. I took my bike in to get a tune up and it took almost a month and me calling twice and going in there twice to get it done. Then I went in there and ordered a helmet. It has been about a month and I‘ve yet to receive a call that it is available. I ordered the same helmet directly from Specialized last week and received it a couple of days ago. Still no call from Oro Valley Bicycle. I will not go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

I had a great time visiting the shop. The staff and mechanics were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome.

Don't waste your time with this bicycle shop, or your money, go a little further south to the other bicycle shop it's cheaper and the people are a lot nicer. The employees at this bicycle shop have a really bad attitude. I didn't even get into the door and the service tech took one look at my bicycle and told me he couldn't help me. He didn't even know what it was I needed help with. The a****** judged me because I have a trailer and all of my stuff in it.

Dealing with this place for a month now, went in on December 9th and picked out my perfect bike. Unfortunately it was at the east side location so we were told it would take two days to be delivered to the Oro valley location, so we agreed to continue with the process. We have called 4 times and went in once to be told every time it will be delivered “in a couple days” and told another time by someone else it was sold. Clearly there is no communication. We will be doing all our business from now on with trek.
