Posting this under John Doe for fear of retaliation. So I’m a new tenant, I’ve been here about three months, and when I first moved into my apartment I had a cluster of issues including electrical issues, plumbing issues, bugs, holes in the wall, poorly painted walls. And there’s much more than that but that’s just the major stuff that I noticed after I moved into the unit. I was not shown the unit that I was moving into, until I signed the lease. After signing the lease and noticing all these issues I did notify management on property immediately that there was a lot of unacceptable issues. They didn’t care and they were not fixed for two weeks. I almost ended up breaking the lease due to these issues, and it took a lot of time and effort to try to get Property management To do anything about it. They do not care here, they just want your money. And as long as your paying and keeping quite on issues, everything between you and apartment management is fine, but if you bring up issues they lash out at you.

My wife and I have lived at the newly named Villa las Toronjas for twelve years. We are excited with the new owners major renovations. They are also going to transition the complex into a gated community. Thus in renewing my lease, I questioned the young property manager Lydia, and staff! Note they have been pleasant, professional, and quick to accommodate our small to large request or concerns. Let me add I observed Lydia, perform these "out-of-office-duties" most "heads" would assign to staff. Being a retired Tucson business owners with as many as 38 employees, Lydia is a keeper, with two thumbs up!

Horrible apartment complex! They raised rent by almost $500 plus utilities with almost no notice. Today Multiple cars got towed because they failed to notify residents of painting on parking lot. When we went in to office to ask what happened to our car they said they left a notice on our apartment door which they did not. Previously they called us Multiple times in a 10 minute time frame to remove stuff from our patio because they had to work out there and even sent workers to knock on our door to remove the patio furniture and now all of a sudden they didn't have our phone numbers or emails to tell us to to remove our car.. we asked our neighbors if they had gotten a notice and they also said no. They told us we had to pay for the tow and that they couldnt do anything. Absolutely unprofessional,horrible and disgusting behavior.

They are great Always there for the residents.
Right now the amount I'm paying is $885, however it is going up.

Management is doing a new service called conservice- its very affordable and not too expensive. Billing back for the consumption of the utilities to each resident.
