It used to be an Excellent 5 Star park. The changes in Management have not been good. They couldn't care less about the residents, or the look of the park. All they care about is the almighty $$$$.

We moved here almost 3 years ago. My parents had lived her for a long time. I was familiar with the park. When we moved here it was kept up. Now the front office doesn't really care about the people living in the park. The lawns have not been mowed in 3 weeks. The front of the park is needed to be spruced up. The rent keeps going up pretty soon people will have to move out, that are on fixed incomes. I would consider looking elsewhere. The good side is the people that live here are nice. Most of the time the pools are nice.

Now, after three years of living here full time, thought I'd update my previous review from last year. I have to lower a star, as there has been absolutely no improvements in the last year, as rents continue to rise. Their "billiards room" is a joke. Three old worn out pool tables, complete with pockets that hang off and have been re-nailed, taped, etc. They stand in a room used for storage with horrible lighting, whilst the staff have three new $20,000 golf carts to show their potential buyers the new $160,000+ homes that aren't even in the gated part of the community. At least the RV park has a wall around it. No...the corporate entity that now runs this place, sounds like another group that is running our country into the ground. I'll no doubt get evicted for exercising my 1st ammendment right, but as rents increase and amenities decline, one has to wonder. Are they solely focused on their profit and stockholders? The HOA is a separate issue. The landscaping is also quite neglected and requires some money to make the front entrance look as it should. It's the little things that lead to bigger things. Maybe next year?

I guess you mean the arrival of New Homes in the front 10 acres. That's really the only new news.
This is a mobile home community, all of the modulars are almost the same. They are built like homes. Call the office to inquire more
You own the house but pay lot rent.

This is a Senior Community on 1 side and a RV community on the other side. By florida law the RV community is all ages. The Senior Community is with no children and induviduals who will not have children. Age are normally over 55+ but a small percentage is younger than 55 and allowed by florida law but can not have children. Hope this helps
