We've lived here for 6 months and love it. The people we have met have been very friendly. Well maintained facilities: brand new equipment in the fitness center, awesome pool, nice laundry facility. Neighbors have been quiet but friendly.

Mostly it's 55 and older but I believe a certain percentage of under 55 are allowed (without children) when there's a lot of vacancies. I had a friend who used to live here before I did and he was just 50 at the time. Your best bet would be to call the office and ask.
Our Lot rent is $704. per month, that includes water, sewage and trash. and any pass on charges.
It's paying for the land your mobile home is sitting on , I own my Mobile home but pay the lot rent of 640. a month
Don't buy they raise lot rent every year and gripe on what you have on your porch and how many plants...
They have an office on the premises.
