Does anyone know if Town board of Trustees, Stephen Warr is just a rude arrogant bully, or if he directly has a grudge against Frederick Robar? Trying to force him to destroy his constitutionally protected right of free speech,expression,art,protest!

Wonderful job cleaning up Fall Island Park, I'm hoping it will continue to the other parks in the village, And on that note when will the eye sore in Ives Park be finished, it's going on 2yrs now
