Lived here for 12 winters .Friendly people and clean. Rent is decent. Sold our mobile trailer last year . We came back to park with our motorhome. We like it here because it's clean,friendly, and close to all the stores and restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely nothing to do in this park no amenities. Under new management which they are clearly making some enemies along the way being bored harassing tenants. Depends in who you are is how you get treated in this park no thanks

HORRIBLE experience here, the park is clean but management is very rude. Told us guest can only stay for two weeks! Which is ridiculous. Management and neighbors are all in your business. No pool, no pets , and laundry is small. Felt very uncomfortable living here.

They have places but none that you can rent. The park,has some for sale you can set,up payment arrangements
I suggest calling the office, just in case they may have relaxed those rules.
