Nice place but staff is rude and beware they lie to people.My husband and I are both over 50 but under 55 the 1st question we asked is do they allow under 55 as long as there are no kids they said yes but you do need to pass a background check,credit check and employment check we paid 100 dollars then we're told on July 20th at 130pm by text that we were accepted that approval was good for 90 days.Well we found a resale in there and were going to put in the offer that and then we're told the park was full and they can't take anyone under 55.Why did they waste 6 months of our time and charge us 100 for a useless application because of their lies I sold a ton of furniturein my home and got my home ready to sell good thing I didn't put it up for sale I would be homeless.The people in that office were a disgrace the one nice lady they had they moved up to Brooksville they are either that incompatent or they are discriminating against us either way it's not a place to deal with.Also in 6 months time the home we were getting was raised by 40k+ and lot rent is high considering the small pool and old clubhouse and laughable exercise room which they said was going to be redone but nothing has been done probably another lie.We were burned by them and they should not be allowed to do this to others.Update I drove through there today and still no changes or upgrades were done to pool and clubhouse area and we started looking in there almost a year ago and was told the upgrades were being done very soon beware what they tell you very dishonest.Also don't give them any money for checks since they took 100 from us and never told us we were not allowed to live there they had months to tell us and they never offered to refund us a dime.

Since my wife and I have been here we love our neighbors and the park ! However the Management Staff act like children with no concern for others but only themselves and what they can get away with ! We have been renting here and wanted to stay but they terminated our lease and will not Renew it when they have renewed neighbors behind us . Feel like we have been discriminated against because they want to sell this home . Management won't work with us because they just think about bottom line and not there residents . Since we are now forced to leave I highly recommend you think twice before committing and seriously check this place out and there terrible Management Team . We have had work request submitted 8 months ago that have never been addressed . That don't care about you ...Just your money 💸

Beautiful place to live...my parents love it there. Nicely maintained, beautiful sunset views every day and fish in the lake if you like fishing.

This Mobile Home Park is kept up well although there are way to many people living here and the spacing between each Home is so small you can look into your neighbors windows. Also looks like the back side of the park has draining issues.
