20 years ago this was a great park. Things seem to be going downhill lately. People are parking wherever they want so it’s like living in a car lot. Cars even parked on the county right of way as a permanent parking spot. Garbage and junk in the car ports. The managers don’t seem to care what people do

Everything is kept so neat. People are proud of their homes. Pool is kept very clean. No garbage lying around like some places.

Lot rent but it's the lowest in the state. Now 489 a month.
Palm View Gardens is adult community over 21 years of age and a decent place to live.
Some had minor roof damage But Everybody Made It Through Ok
