Very well organized space , staff work together and the environment is great!

They talk to the residents like there from another planet I worked there for two weeks and was let go because some of staff didn't like the fact that I was so open and comfortable with everyone and to top it off I didn't receive my last paycheck cause they didn't even consider to check to see if I worked didn't even call me to let me know why I was let go I called to speak to the lady was in charge to try and discuss why I couldn't come back to work and never did respond I hope none of my family members never have to experience this place they are very disrespectful to the people that are trying to get into this place with there unfortunate situation they are experiencing very sad I don't know who is helping funding this place but you have some very immature supervisors that I wouldn't pay them nothing at all as far as I'm concerned you wouldn't believe the way this place is being ran omg worst I've ever seen

I haven't ever been inside the place myself but I know a lot of people here from work. It's definitely a good resource for people who out of resources and need help. I hear it's not the most ideal place to be but it's a dry place to rest your head if you need to get back on your feet. They have lots of connections for employment.

Yes during the day 10am woman can visit for shower's and maybe a visit with a case manager!?
Yes 5 women's beds. 19 men's. First come first serve. If you did not stay the previous night you get priority. Check in is at 6pm in the back.
The Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky is currently only able to house about 30 people a night because of recent strict enforcement of fire code regulations. People unable to get in at 5:30 are allowed to return at 9 pm for possible shelter at an offsite location. They're great people, and I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to help your Mother. In the meantime you might contact Welcome House of Northern Kentucky. They also assist homeless individuals, women in particular.
Yes
Yes
Yes you would be let in. As long as the dog is proper licensed as a service dog and you have the paperwork for it to show staff, then you would be able to get in.
Only men
Yes, more often than not. There are about 15 beds for women & it's not usually full, But it is first come first served.
No we do not
If u have a job u prove that with them with documentation then u may get accepted to stay there for housing somewhere to sleep when ur off work idk if they accommodate to ppls shifts and hours they work but u can call them after 6pm and talk to a worker there they will be doing intakes at that time if u have a ky id card ur good or u have to wait till 9 pm to get in if ur needing a shower clothes and a bed
Contact the shelter.
Never needed their help. I heard that it's best to GO early, THEIR MIGHT be a LINE . Prayer ALWAYS works!!!
A license but people from ohio have to come in at 9 pm
From November through March it is an emergency cold shelter for both men and women 18 and older. You cannot leave your belongings. From May through October it's a men's transitional program. You have to apply to get in and you can leave your belongings.
If you have a KY ID, get in line around 5:00pm for the 6:00 intake. If you don't have a KY ID, it's 9:00pm intake, if they have beds available.
Yea
Better advice would be to to call them at 859-291-4555. The staff that answers can assist with questions regarding this matter or anything else regarding possible donations.
In a couple of weeks
