I went in for a lunch break. I really ever try Panera because of the prices and the weight but I decided to give it a try. I ordered one of their pepperoni flatbread pieces and was disappointed at the quality. The sauce was old, pepperoni undercooked and cheese barely melted. I'm new to the State of Arizona and it seems that nobody in this state can cook. Disappointed thus far with every restaurant I've tried with the exception of two.

We travel around the country fulltime, and have eaten at a lot of Panera's. This one is one of the largest ones that we have been to. It was clean, wait staff friendly, but the food was a little less tasty than most. It was good, but not quite to the standard that we expect.

The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff is pleasant. I got a vanilla cinnamon roll. It was very good. I am, however, always surprised when a cinnamon roll is served cold. That's just me, I guess! There are a variety of different iced teas available. I like that!

I rated this same Panera Bread 2 stars about a year ago on Google Maps. I came here to leave another review but they only get 1 star now. For this $5 half sandwich I got ONE bite of chicken salad. Incredibly pathetic and overpriced. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment.

I would not eat there if my life depended on it now cause 1 star vs 5 star rating something very wrong when customers give 1 star and local guides give 5 star ratings . Looks like the place gives local guides better service i wont become a local guide im just regular customer u give me bad food bad service i give you bad ratings u give me good food good service good rating thats a fact. Dont think there should be local guides cause they will be treated better. Local guides positions has gone to your heads. You just ruin a good thing. Or the place just really sucks for food and service.
