Always loved pollo loco too bad portions keep getting smaller and smaller while prices keep going up ... Restaurant is usually clean and stuff usually Friendly ...once In a while is nice to eat something light lol

I give this place a one star. I recently ordered on their app and went to pick it up and the food was not ready when I arrived. While I was also eating my chicken, I found that most of the chicken from inside were pink so they were not fully cooked. I had to throw the chicken away and I have photos of the chicken from the inside and it shows the pink color. This is called food poisoning and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

As far as the establishment is concerned, I understand there are times of the day where the dining room will not be in its best condition, especially after lunch and dinner hours, but when you have customers coming in throughout the day they we will see what I saw today. Dirty countertops, tables with dry food and smears streaks of a very quick and poorly done wipe the tables. Customers will not appreciate the inadequacy of where they dine. As far as the food, it was very good. It was nothing I could see wrong with the chicken or any of the sides that came with the meal. With that said, I guess it would have been better going through the drive-thru during this visit.
