I ususally love this hospital up until yesterday. I needed treatment yesterday to figure out if i had COVID . So I asked the lady at the desk do they test for COVID. Since I was coughing. The receptionist told me no. They said go to a private organization or look it up on google. Little did the lady no that I was tested there a couple of times. She informd me the only way they would test me for COVID is if I am having surgery. Unfortunaely I went elsewhere to get tested. I was lucky to have found someplace at that late in the evening . Although my test was negative for COVID I have not been treated for the problem I went there for which was coughing up green mucas. I dod not have transportation at the moment. I was lucky to have had itr yesterday. This was so inconvient. I will never step foot in that hospital again.

Don't come to this ER. Not if you might be admitted. They don't do that here. They ship you to Sister's by ambulance. Can't wait to get that bill! Should have gone there in the first place.

Bad experience, went there with my baby who was struggling to breathe, I putted this to stuff’s attention but answer was sorry you have to wait, I asked to skip the line cause it’s only one baby in between all adults but this is really sad when they didn’t care about a baby’s shortness of breath. I came out and went to Children Hospital for better service and I got it there.

Mixed reviews about this hospital. I'm going here for physical therapy, for my back. I have other health issues, on top of that, asthma, tachycardia and arthritis in the knees being a concern. I'm doing squats, which I'm not supposed to be doing. My back is in constant pain. I'm being questioned as to why I'm saying ouch, when I'm in pain. I don't understand a couple of the "exercises" that I'm doing, when I have a disc that is pretty much gone in my lower back. There doesn't seem to be much staff there either...only one or two therapists, who give you one exercise at a time, then leaves to work with someone else. I feel like I'm being rushed out and doing things that I feel like I can't do. I'm even doing things for sciatica, which I don't have that condition. My pain is contained to my back and does not travel down my legs. I feel like my other health conditions aren't being taken into consideration. I feel like I'm not being taken seriously, when it comes to my pain level. I feel like they think I can just bend and move like they think I can, when I really can't. I don't know how many more visits I have, and I dread going every time now, but I have to because insurance thinks this is the end all cure for everything. I believe the staff is frustrated because there are only one to two staff members there, to work with four to five patients...at least when I'm there.
