Extremely poor customer service. Have had 3 disappointments from Gilico. Contract has high penalty to cash out otherwise I would have cancelled. Plan sounds good but failed to plan for RMD. Took much effort to get cooperation. They unilatterly stopped gaurenteed monthly without explanation. Took two months to resolve
