I am really confused with the 5 star reviews Genesis got. May be I am exception. I have been trying to get a proper brace for my left hand for the last 4 weeks. Heather, Trechelle, and now Melissa talk nicely and politely but never call back with a solution though they have been promising all the while that they will. I called today (I have lost the count how many times I have called them) Melissa told me that she will call back right away after finding the exact situation as Trechelle had told me last Friday and Heather two weeks ago. I am wondering where is the sense of urgency for a hurting patient which Genesis touts when they put you on hold and all these reviews claim.
