Horrible hospital, will not take on new animals no matter what, they seem to be closing soon, the staff is very unfriendly.

There's always an office fee unless you are getting booster vaccines that are considered tech visits.
On par, but you could do cheaper on some things by using VIPPet clinics since it saves you the office visit for more routine type services.
Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital does not have an exotic/bird specialist on staff at this time. I would recommend Dr. Laura Wade at Specialized care for Avian and Exotic pets or Dr. Sandy Adamcak at All Creatures Animal Hospital.
Laurie, I would recommend an examination to see if full mouth extractions are indicated. There is a board certified veterinary dentist Dr. Hansen available as well. He would be the ideal person to evaluate your cat and determine what is in her best interest.
The way the majority of pet insurances work, the owner pays the veterinary hospital directly for the bill at the time of service. The client then submits the bill to the insurance company. Then the insurance company will reimburse the client directly, not the veterinary hospital. We will coordinate with any pet insurance to send in invoices and fill out the proper paperwork.
Unfortunately, with most of the hospital business being done as curbside appointments, all of the communication with the clients is being done over the phone. This does significantly increase call volume, especially first thing in the morning. The client care team does check the message center regularly to get back to clients as soon as possible. I believe being able to leave a message on the voicemail system is significantly better than just getting a busy signal.
Ive been going there with my pets for 10+ yrs they are amazing caring ppl there. All you have to do is call and they will give you all the info you need as to when you need to go for next vaccines and so on
You might want to Call them and ask they are very reasonable with their pricing
Think around 45 dollars
I was not able to put medicine in my cat's eye so I had to board her there for about a week so they could administer the medicine for me . They took excellent care of her, I would highly recommend them.
Pet Supplies Plus has the VIP program every Sunday. They are vets doing a great job there. I have taken my dogs there for yrs for all their shots, heartworm tests, fecal, ect.ect. ect. Extremely cheap! Also take note that a few times a yr. the county provides free rabies shots & parvo shots
