This property was just bought out in August 2021, since then we have seen so much progress and improvements in the community. We have a clean and well maintained community with great residents and some newer homes being put in. They have really done a nice job of making this community better and cleaner.

I believe that 2 are available. I just recently heard that the new management is removing a few abandoned trailers and bringing in new ones to replace. Also to fill in the empty spots. Call Carefree. That's the new managements name.
