Then we will talk with my mortgage lending partner (or a mortgage person of your choice) and determine what you can afford. From there we start searching in the part of town you want to live in with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and other options. Once we identify a few possibilities we will go tour the houses that interest you. Once we find one you want to buy, I’ll do some research and then I will prepare an offer. You and any other buyers will sign it and I’ll submit it to the listing agent. There are a lot of things to navigate from this point on but that is why it is important to work with a licensed real estate agent.

I will introduce you to my mortgage lending partner who will help you determine your buying power. This may assume that you have already sold your current home or not, depending on your specific situation. You will work with my mortgage lending partner to determine your monthly payments for different price points and get you pre-qualified for a loan so you can submit an offer when you find the perfect home. Of course you can use any mortgage partner you want but my partner is someone I've worked with before and can vouch for his good service.

As your buying agent I will ask thought-provoking questions, and listen effectively, to fully understand what you are looking for in your next home. I will apply local market expertise to help you evaluate all the listings in your target area. I will represent your best interests and skillfully negotiate your offer. I will provide personal support and insight to simplify what can be an intimidating and confusing process. I will be very responsive and communicate with you in a timely and straightforward manner while respecting your time and concerns. I will work closely with the selling agent to come to a fair and fast agreement on any issues as they arise.

Unlike other real estate companies that use a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), we've developed our own exclusive method called the Weichert Price Trend Analysis. This allows us to project local trends and go beyond the CMA. For a basic estimate of your home value, you may go to my site and fill out the “Your Home Value" form.

I will have a professional photographer take photos and in most cases have a Matterport 3D scan done to allow a virtual walk through of your home. This will allow interested parties a chance to see the house before actually visiting. I will also syndicate it to popular home search websites such as realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and many, many more. It will also appear on Weichert.com and the Weichert Workforce Mobility site that works with companies all over the world to relocate their employees. I will also plan an Open House to bring in interested parties on one specific date and time. This is to make it more convenient for you by having these buyers view your home at once instead of sprinkled throughout the week.
