They can’t paint or do body work. They had my vehicle 3 times longer than quoted. They finally called and said it’s ready. The truck wouldn’t start and the brand new interior and new motor was covered in dust. The truck still had dents and dings and the bondo (which they said they weren’t gonna use) had big cracks and was falling out. They refused to fix the paint and bondo.

I went to Maaco for an estimate and thought they were too expensive. I checked with a very reputable mechanic and he told me their work was horrible; he said to stay far away from them! On my estimate they had typed out in bold letters they would not be responsible for any defects on their work. I thought that was odd and it definitely sent up a red flag!

I made an appointment online 3 days in advance to get my car's paint looked at. When i arrived there was no one around for about 5 minutes until one gentlemen came out from one of the doors after me being there by myself and said that they were very shorted staffed and they would be with me shortly. About 20 minutes later a woman came in dressed in what appeared to be yoga pants and slippers. She went behind the counter and did something on the computer so I assumed she was an employee. She never asked me anything and just disappeared behind a door. I ended up leaving a couple minutes after this. I was there for a total of 35 minutes and never did get my estimate. I understand the short staffing issues but don't make appointments you can't fill and waste your potential customer's time.

Kenneth I work for this location and to answer your question it all depends. We have several paint packages to choose from. The single stage is our budget package. If you don't know what single stage is this is where the clear is mixed in with the paint. We also have several packages in our base coat clear coat option. As far as price goes your looking at anywhere between 400 low end up to 3000+ for the Platinum package. The price is also affected by any body work or failing paint we have to deal with. Best bet is to bring the car in and let one of our estimateors look at it. Also this is a good time to get the job done as we have a few sales running right now. Frank or Paul are the two people in the office you need to talk to. Hope this helps a little.
They did a great job on my mustang .they fixed the dents we agreed on at a fair price.
