Logan was well prepared before he showd up at our daughters house. He found the problem immediately and fixed it. He then checked for any other issues. He sprayed the rails, checked the door balance, checked the cables and springs. During this process he explained why all the various checks were important. You could tell he learned a lot of things from his older experienced workers. The best thing is that he really enjoys his job and helping people with their problems.
