This is the last place I’ll go to, had the absolute worst experience with the manager, “Arianna”, just RUDE!! I’m being kind, she’s shouting to wait right there, I ask wait for what, she said “just wait till my mom gets here!!!” I called corporate office made a complaint about her!! All I can say is, STAY AWAY FROM this BURGER KING, the so called manager, Arianna, IS THE WORST!! ARIANNA is her name!!

This is the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. I understand the workforce being short right now and can definitely give extra time in a drive through for the employees to complete the tasks they may be short handed at.. but when I get to a window and the guy at the register is yacked out on some type of substance and can’t ring up orders correctly for three cars in a row than proceed to take my change back and re ring me up to then not get fresh food after waiting 20 mins in line to than have a sandwich missing in my bag that I address with this specific employee and he turns around and tells me no it’s in there when clearly it wasn’t he realized his mistake went back and grab my sandwich I was on my way without realizing they didn’t give me my syrups for my French toast sticks witch is quite important to enjoy those to there fullest! When I tried to call I got sent to voice mail for an hour straight. Couldn’t take one min to awnser the phone and say please hole or call back at a less busy time. This is the worst Burger King I’m sick of these corporations taking advantage like this and having such inconsistent services with there restaurants,, only went to Burger King this morning because the last experience I had at a different location made me want it again.. now I will never try to have it my way to Burger King ever again.

Absoulty terriable!! The drive-thru person that took our order was fine, but the lady at the drive through window was terrible!! She barely even acknowledged we were there. She did not give us a receipt, did not give us any napkins, or ketchup. Also, she did not give us one of the burgers! My husband went inside the store to retrieve my burger. We had ordered a double whopper, a med fry, a whopper jr and a small fry. The burgers were cold and so were the frys! So to top off, for this horriable service and the terriable food, we were charged over 18 dollars...unbelievable!! Will never go back there again!!

i ordered the whopper melt meal, and i could not have been more disappointed! the sandwich was even SMALLER than a regular whopper in patty size (they must've used patties from regular cheese burgers), AND it was HALF WARM, easy to tell that it was NOT freshly made! The cheese wasn't even melted! it stuck out from between the patties as stiff as a board! So i was charged $10 for a half made meal. The only different thing about this burger king sandwich is that it was made with grilled onions, and some sort of sauce for a dressing. To make it so bad, i was in line at the drive thru for almost 20 MINUTES! If i weren't so hungry and already late getting back to work from lunch I'd have demanded my money back! that is far too much to pay for such a disgusting meal! now, for the service. as i said, i waited on line for almost 20 MINUTES, late getting back to work. the very LEAST the worker could have done was made sure the food was fresh since he had no control over the portion! i do not recommend, and i will NOT be back!!

Like Jerry said poor management. Your food was probably bad, and they probably rushed to make it. Sorry to hear that about your experience.
