I love McDonald's but this is hands down the WORST location in the Phoenix valley. Twice been here and BOTH times food is not hot and beverage is warm with only a few cubes. And staff? Not the usual friendly employee and they obviously hate where they work. Pick up station today was dirty and so were all floors. SLOW and Sloppy. Avoid this location.

I come here everyday same thing everyday. These guys can't even have the food ready and they waist more time by having you park and wait . They must be under new management or new workers.

We won't be going back to this place. We dropped by to get dinner for the kids on our way home. When we got home half of the order was missing. We live about 9 miles from the restaurant and had to drive back. They redid our order. When I got home and gave my seven year old daughter her cheese burger, she complained because the cheese was missing.

I ordered cheeseburgers 2x no onions no pickles with additional bacon. I got one that I paid for and as I go into the other this is what I pulled up out of the bag. I didn't have time to go back. I do think I should be able to receive the full refund when something like this happens. The wrapper has the order in bold print. To receive one correctly and then this doesn't justify mathematics. I don't see this happening as a simple error mistake but rather plain laziness, carelessness and no, zip zero comprehensive retain. No respect for customer service nor passion for the craft.

Maybe because someone left it off the hook. Continue to try. I have called and there have been people who answered the phone.
That answer can best be answered by the store. If you fill out an app at that store and another store nearby is hiring, ,it may help you get into the other store..
Idk much about this particular McDs. We just stopped in to have a nice family lunch and it was closed.We found it on Google search and unfortunately it did not mention anything about it being closed. So we Google another one and i actually called it to make sure it was opened and it was. So we droved to that one and had our lovely family lunch. Sorry this wasn't much help. I recommend Googling the places and then calling the place to make sure they are open. Thank you and have a wonderful blessed day.
