We are physically located just outside of Philadelphia PA, in Haddon Township, NJ. For our employees, we are an easy commute, with ample parking; we are located within a very short walk from the Westmont PATCO station. For our clients, being US-based means we have access to reliable infostructure, we are natively fluent in English, and we are naturally responsive to US mainland time zones.
Yes, our set-up fee is a one-time fee that covers Client Discovery, Process, Client Associate Training ,Call Script and Email content writing.
