For some reason the cashiers like to cancel the card that's on on file for the code I use on my McDonald's app. When they do that it do that it denies my discount that I'm trying to get, using the code in the 1st place. the card is on file I want to use that's what the app is for. This issue has happened 2 times at 2 different McDonald's. The cashier acted like he wasn't gonna give me my food even though it showed that I had paid on my bank app. With my card on file. Somehow he canceled the card and then told me I owed the $3.25 for the discount that he canceled from the same card on file. All you gotta do is push the payment button. McDonalds needs to stepup that training.

Cashier at the window was really rude (9:20pm), we asked for a water cup with our food and she gave us attitude and told us we would have to go back through the drive thru if we wanted the water. I usually have no problems at this location, so I'm really disappointed at the customer service today.

I recently placed an order using grubhub and just wanted to say their food is beyond amazing!!! Not only was everything prepared in a timely fashion but the food and fries were perfectly cooked to perfection! Even the fries were fresh!!! Definitely my go to for breakfast lunch and dinner when I'm in the mood for fast food!!! Please keep kickin butt and takin names, fantastic job guys/gals!

Whatever you do, don’t walk inside to order. 4 different employees will look straight at you from the back and completely ignore you. It’s not that hard to say “we’ll be with you in just a minute, finished up packing an order” or anything like that. It puts the person waiting at ease just to know they have been acknowledge.
