I went through the drive thru last night to pick up a kids meal for my granddaughter and $5 meal for meal. It's a good value though the chicken patty on the $5 meal is nothing like the delicious crispy home style chicken sandwich. More of the big nugget mystery meat kind of patty. The drive thru was busy but moved along very quickly and the employees were great. They were happy and enjoying their time working. A nice change from most of my drive thru experiences at other places. The order I placed was simple but it was all correct, fresh and hot. There are other locations of Wendy's that I've been to over the past few months that have also shown massive improvement as well. Good job Wendy's MGMT.

Rome III

Stopped in at about 9pm to grab a quick bite b4 we headed out to TX for a week and found this in my cup after the ice melted about 150mi later. Looks like they grabbed 2 med lids and tried to put it on a large drink, they fell in and someone left it in there. Highly Unacceptable!!

My friend invited me to go to Wendy's. She ordered two Southwest Salads, and was told that they ran out of SWS So, she chose other. Well she paid, came back to my apt. to "enjoy" the salad! Surprise! One was SWS, and the other was left over of romaine lettuce, some others things, but a salad for paying the same price as the Southwest salad? I was very disappointed, and not satisfy switching the salads! The employee did not take care of Wendy's customer service!
