This is the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. If you use the app to order be prepared to sit and wait at least 20 minutes. The last 4 times I have been here I had to tell someone I was still waiting for my order ahead order. Last visit it took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and they weren't even busy! If you have time to waste then this is a great place. As for me I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to a different place.

i come to this sonic almost weekly on my break from work to pick up drinks for my coworker and myself. usually i drive up, let them know i’m there and someone’s out within 2 minutes with my drinks. today however, i sat outside for 20 minutes waiting on my two 44 oz drinks that i had ordered. at least 6 customers went through the drive through while i was sitting waiting in one of the stalls. i would’ve left, but i had already paid online through the app. it was only one person working, but no customers were there when i arrived. so they weren’t busy at all for the first 5 minutes i was wating. to me it just seems like they don’t have any excuse as to not have 2 drinks filled up and walked outside. i’m not positive who the young man working was, but it was at 9 am on april 14. management at this location is more than amazing, but it’s difficult to appreciate when the staff is so careless with the orders they receive and need to put out. this isn’t the first time i’ve had to wait longer than 10 minutes in a situation similar to this, so this isn’t a first time thing. I just hope that they can do better.

Despite terrible service the past 3 times I've went, I tried once again today... For the last time. I didn't even get my order made this time before having to tell them to cancel it. Each and every time, my order is wrong, incomplete, missing ingredients, or takes FOREVER to get it to your car. Today, the gal taking our order was clearly having a hard time as we had to repeat the order 3 times with each item. Between ordering items, it took her minutes to ask for what was next. The final straw was when they said the number 11 was basically worded incorrectly on their menu board and did not come with any sides. Prior to this experience, the leading issue we always have is that they are out of Onion rings, but don't tell you. So if your burger comes with onion rings, such as the number 7, they will simply not include them... Unbeknownst to you until you get home. Done with sonic.

Our drinks had dirt in them! Or whatever it was 🤢at around 11:40pm from this location I just ordered two dragon fruit Red Bull slushes for me and my girlfriend. I took my lid off to stir the slush and noticed clumps of brown stuff on the top of the drink. My girlfriend took the lid off of hers too and hers had the same thing in it too but less than mine. This is absolutely not okay, so disgusting!!
