Good gym. Don't get in to any contract with them for personal trainers. I was told I could cancel any time. When I tried they said it would cost over $800 or $180 a month for a service I don't enjoy or use. The staff WILL lie to you so be wary. The gym itself is fantastic though

Signed up online for 9.99 membership but have been charge the upgraded membership (24.99) for months now. Called in to have this changed and was told that they could only down grade the account if I repaid the $250 initiation fee. That’s ridiculous, so I asked to cancel the membership. They won’t let you cancel your membership over the phone. You have to go in person, during business hours 9-5 m-f. Or print and mail a cancellation form in. Horrible customer service policies.

Nice place. Great help with my membership. Brian was very friendly and helpful. I have not spent any time there unfortunately. I have some back problems but I will get in there on a daily basis soon. I look forward to it. There didn't seem to be a lot of people in there. One I went to sign up which I like.

Great gym, stays clean, has empty and busy hours so you can plan accordingly. Never had a negative encounter here. However had a ton of billing issues for several months, the manager did definitely fix them so I appreciated that, but wish their system had been a lot more organized so it could have been prevented and I didn’t have to call every month about it. Overall great gym though and professional staff.
