The staff are friendly and personable. The gym is well maintained and clean. I enjoy that the gym feels like your gym instead of a wear house with weights.

Just stopped in to tour. Very small but that is what I'm looking for. No contract month to month. Secured building open 24/7 great location for me. Will definitely get membership. Staff was great.

I love coming to work out early in the mornings most week days and feel the happiness and joy of all of us as we work out together. I have been coming for over 6 years now and love being with everyone there. The atmosphere is always friendly and Travis is always laughing with us and not at us. I know that it has helped me both physically and mentally to come and be with everyone there. I look forward to hopefully many years yet into the future. Five stars for sure. Corey Rudd
