Mom was there as a respite client for what should have been 2 weeks.Staff treated my mom with dignity and respect. So why the one star?? Glad you asked.. Phones to the facility and to her room worked sporadically, leaving her feeling isolated from friends and family. Equipment breaks down frequently (bed broke twice in a week). The was a COVID outbreak among the patients that if it wasn't for my mom telling me about, I STILL wouldn't know. I was advised that they would be able to take Mom to her cardiology appointment that was made over a year ago but last minute they could not, leaving me with having to take her myself cutting short her stay by 4 days to take her. The reason for my 1 star was when the "administrator" Brad comes out to "confront" me standing nose to nose in a clear attempt to intimidate me (poor attempt sir, you DON'T know my background) so quite laughable, but nonetheless unacceptable to approach a female on a walker because the level of frustration was more than you were comfortable with. As you saw, I was able to EASILY stand my ground and get my mom the HELL OUT OF THAT DUMP ASAP, SHE WON'T BE BACK, EVER!
