Terrible. City manager can’t even be bothered to put a real email address on the Mesa city website. It’s bogus… and if you should get lucky enough to talk to some one, they will act as though they didn’t know. But months later, the wrong info will still be there!

Depends if you have washer and dryer in unit. I have a two bedroom no water or dryer & have my a/c constantly on 69-74 and my highest bill was 150$
