My review, submitted a 2 months ago, has changed as a result of the inaction of Aileen, Traviata's property manager. When I needed help due to the failure of my landlord/owner and property manager to maintain limited common elements (water intrusion into condo), Aileen acted as if my request was not valid. She should read Traviata's CC&R's that allow the HOA to make repairs when a member/owner does not. Traviata deserves a property manager to work in favor of the HOA Board and the members they represent. ================================================= Aileene, Traviata's property manager, asked me to write her a good review, for her manager to see. I did that reluctantly, for the sole purpose to get on her good side, should I need help. I have now reached out to Aileen several times. No follow-through and no resolution has been received. These issues remain as of 10/21/22 and Aileen has turned a blind eye because I am a tenant. Guess what - when my landlord and her agent abandoned their roles - I am allowed to reach out to the Property Manager and board, so that I can report landlord failure to maintain their property so that further damage is mitigated to nearby residents. Brown's Property Managers are agents of (and hired) by the HOA Board, who represents the membership at large. They should respect the governing laws for Traviata without discrimination.

I have had such a great experience with Brown Community Management, especially my property manager Aileen Faust! She has helped me through some pretty complicated situations such a a roof leak, home remodel approval, and other maintenance issues within the community. I really appreciate her always answering my emails and phone calls almost immediately every time getting me the support I need. Thanks for all you do Aileen!

Good rule of thumb is 6-8 years. Depends on quality of paint and application as well as environmental conditions.

They're supposed to be set out in April first I was so worried about them fining me again this year that I paid a month ahead of time
